6 sessions. Tuesdays March 31–May 5. For runners with 6+ months experience. Focuses on form & running economy. $50 members / $60 non-members. Coach: Jeanine (USATF Level 3 & RRCA Level 2). No restrooms on site.
6 sessions. Thursdays. Up to 5 miles of trail running, core & strength work. Minimum 3.5 miles ability required. $50 members / $55 non-members. Coaches: Hannah Swernoff (RRCA L1) & Matt Chan. Goal race: Sasquatch Scramble, May 10.
