Distances: 5K, 10K, 15K. Sliding scale fee $2.50–$20. Pre-registration only. Schedule: 8:15am bib pickup; 8:40am kids race (free); 8:45am youth race (free); 8:45am 15K start; 9:00am 5K & 10K start.
6 sessions. Tuesdays March 31–May 5. For runners with 6+ months experience. Focuses on form & running economy. $50 members / $60 non-members. Coach: Jeanine (USATF Level 3 & RRCA Level 2). No restrooms on site.
