Poison Oak Thursday Trail Run ( July – Oct 2026 )

We’ve got the itch to run trails. We meet Thursday evenings around 6:10 and start running 6:15 PM.

Locations vary around the East Bay, ranging from Redwood Regional/Lake Chabot to Tilden.
Routes typically range from 5-6 miles, and a shorter options are often available in the 3-4 mile range.
All paces welcome, but depending on the size of the group, we may not always be able to have pace buddies.
